The school invites the key people in the food service industry like the general managers, executive chefs and other culinary educators to give enrichment talks to the students for their academic and career development.
Last November, CCA, Manila invited Chef Éric Chauffour of the Paul Bocuse Institute for a week-long interactive food demo. The event was called Paul Bocuse ‘a Philippines French Cuisine Series and it was held in various locations like the USDA Culinary Theater at CCA, Manila, CCA Kitchen at Eatwood Mall and at the Summit Ridge Hotel. It was attended not only by students but also by culinary practitioners and well-known culinary experts like Jacqueline Haessig-Alleje, Chef Raymond Landico, and Nora Daza.
