Grand Buffet
At the end of the term, students get to showcase their learning and skills by staging the Grand Buffet. Each laboratory class prepares selected menu highlighting the learning objectives of the course. The Grand Buffet is a venue to allow parents, guardians and other guests to appreciate the students’ achievements in the culinary and baking disciplines.
