Catering Events Management and Urbane Classes at CCA Podium
These courses aim to provide recreation and leisure. Designed for non-professional culinarians, the courses utilize the interactive approach. Learning is through observation with participation and doing simple tasks. Members of the class have unique tasks essential to complete the lessons. Chef instructors are always available to provide information and guidance for every recipe, technique and activity. At the end of the class, students come together to savor and share opinions on the dishes, creating a special bonding moment and instant connection.

Young Chefs' Boot Camp
This course is designed for kids from 7 to 10 years old and 10 to 16 years old. Courses range from international cuisines, lunchbox goodies, pastries to desserts. Each course lasts for 5 days, afternoons of Monday to Friday. Classes are available every summer, during the months of March, April and May. The course fee includes a certificate of completion, apron, toque, lecture materials, and recipe ingredients.
