Kitchen Discovery Class

Join the Kitchen Discovery Class and find out in a day if you can carve a future out of your passion. 

KDC is the practical hands-on exam of CCA, Manila required for applicants of Diploma and Certificate courses in Culinary Arts and Baking Pastry Arts and the 6 Months Fast Track Pro Chef Program at CCA-Oceana.  Together with a chef-instructor, applicants are exposed to the kitchen setting and create dishes in the morning culinary session and afternoon baking session.  Non-Diploma course applicants who want a CCA kitchen experience are also welcome to join. Fee for KDC and written exam are included in the application fee of P4650.00.  KDC fee for non-Diploma Course applicants and enthusiasts is P3800.  Fees for applicants and non-applicants are inclusive of apron, toque, ingredients and handouts.

KDC is usually held on Saturdays at the Main Campus in Katipunan. Written exams are held on weekday morning or afternoon at the testing center.
