how does CCA compare with other culinary schools in the country? PDF Print E-mail
Answer:

We have strengthened our International Degree Succession program to provide opportunities to our students who wish to pursue further advanced studies after they finish their 2-year diploma course at the CCA-Manila. Our partner schools like the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Canada, the Johnson and Wales University in the United States, Les Roche School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and Spain, the Thames Valley University in London and the Blue Mountain Hotel School and William Angliss Institute in Australia have opened their doors to our students because they believe we have strong curriculum and educational  standards that are at par with their own.

Believing in continuous education, we have set up various opportunities for our students to practice and learn through our own apprenticeship program with Summit Ridge Hotel where they are exposed to a hotel food and banquet setting operation.  We also have Oceana where the 6-months Pro-Chef Fast-track program is held exposing the students to an actual restaurant setting.
