Can I attend CCA, Manila right out of High School?
Yes, you can study at CCA, Manila right after you graduate from high school. For students who are determined and know the career they want – becoming restaurateurs, or join corporate life through the various food and hotel establishments or even in research and development, or be discovered in the exciting world of media arts, our school is ideal. We offer the 2-year diploma course in Culinary Arts and Technology Management or Baking-Pastry Arts and Technology Management where you will learn everything from the basic skills to the advance techniques, you are exposed to the cuisines of the world and of course, we equip you with management tools that you need to prosper in your chosen field.

We have strengthened our International Degree Succession program to provide opportunities to our students who wish to pursue further advanced studies after they finish their 2-year diploma course at the CCA, Manila. Our partner schools like the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Canada, the Johnson and Wales University in the United States, Les Roches School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and Spain, the Thames Valley University in London and the Blue Mountain Hotel School and William Angliss Institute in Australia have opened their doors to our students because they believe we have strong curriculum and educational standards that are at par with their own.
Believing in continuous education, we have set up various opportunities for our students to practice and learn through our own apprenticeship program with Summit Ridge Hotel where they are exposed to a hotel food and banquet setting operation. We also have Oceana where the 6-months Pro-Chef Fast-track program is held exposing the students to an actual restaurant setting.

Is it necessary to have a background experience in Culinary or Pastry Arts?
Actually, most of our students simply had the passion for either culinary and pastry arts plus they have their high school diploma intact. While the others already have college degrees but still they decided to pursue Culinary Arts as a way of advancing their studies. Your success lies in your passion and commitment to this endeavor. We will take care of arming you from the very basic techniques to the most advanced methods to ensure your success in this field.

All you have to do is fill up our application form. You can even download application form here.
Submit the application form together with the following:
• Transcript of records (for college graduate/college level applicants); or • Form 137 (for high school graduate applicants); • 1 piece 2x2 photo and 2 pieces 1x1 photo; • Non-refundable application fee of P850.00.
Upon receipt of your application, we will call you to notify the date of your written exam schedule afterwhich you are required to attend a Kitchen Discovery Course (Course Fee is P3,800.00) which is part of the assessment process to qualify for enrollment.
The next step will be an interview with the admissions committee and a medical exam with the school’s accredited clinic.
