WINE APPRECIATION WORKSHOP

Experience good food through CCA Manila's LIFESTYLE COOKING DEMO COURSES at the GE Monogram Experience Center in Serendra, Fort Bonifacio--the newest hub of modern dining  Interact with our chefs, get tips and learn their tricks, savor their creations, and meet fellow foodies.

Simulating cooking shows in TV, you can talk to the chef freely while the demo proceeds, while generous portions are served for tasting by the audience.  Tete-a-tete not only with our chef instructors but also with your fellow participants.

Good-For-You Sweets by Chef May Martinez & Ms. Ma. Paz L. Sales (CCA Managing Director & Nutritionist)

In this class, you'll learn how to increase the fiber content of sweets like cakes and chocolates, and at the same time decrease the amount of refined sugar. A short lecture on nutritional baking will precede the demonstration.

Easy Entertaining with Wine and Hors d'oeuvres by Chef April Martinez & Ms. Timi Meneses

Entertain and impress your guests in a breeze with wines and a selection of small appetizers. No need for a caterer when you can do it yourself! As a bonus, you'll also learn the basics of pairing wine with food.

For the Love of Chocolates by Chef Christine Paredes

Our chocolatier will demonstrate hand made chocolate pralines and truffles. Enjoy the chocolates during the class, indulge, and fall in love all over again with chocolates.
