Since 2003, CCA, Manila has been a partner of the NRAEF with the integration of NRA Professional Management (ProMgmt) subjects in its curricula. In 2006, NRAEF ManageFirst replaced NRA ProMgmt to offer an industry-based program that will prepare students, validate their knowledge in key competencies, and distinguish them as qualified professionals ready to take on careers in the foodservice industry.
With the introduction of ManageFirst, you will be entitled to take certification exams in the following subject areas: ServSafe Food Safety, Controlling Food Service Costs, Human Resources Management and Supervision, and Hospitality and Restaurant Management. Alongside these core subjects are electives in Food Production, Inventory and Purchasing, Restaurant Marketing, Customer Service, and Nutrition.
