A key player during CCA Manila's foundation years, the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) is a leader in technical training and applied education designed to meet the demands of Alberta's industries. NAIT graduates provide the skilled workforce required to support today's global, knowledge-based economy.
NAIT culinary students and faculty strongly figure in international culinary competitions, including the International Culinary Olympics held in Germany.

Thames Valley University's London School of Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure has an international reputation for its courses.
The school has achieved many accolades. The Academy of Culinary Arts, The Association Culinaire Francaise, The Craft Guild of Chefs and The Master Chefs of Great Britain all recognise the School of Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure as a centre of excellence, quality and innovation. The School also achieved COVE status (a Centre of Vocational excellence) in 2003.
TVU was the first University in the country to receive the highest grade for its hospitality and culinary arts courses from the Training Skills Council, and the Governments Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) has awarded its 'London School of Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure' an 'excellent' rating for the quality of its teaching, course design and support it gives to its students.

Since its establishment in 1991, the Blue Mountains Hotel School (BMHS) has enjoyed remarkable growth. With a placement success matching its growth rate, the School continues its proud tradition of integrity, quality and educational excellence. Today, over 3000 students have studied at the school.
