Do you love to cook or bake? Or have you ever been curious how it feels working inside the kitchen? If you have ever considered turning your passion or interest into a career, immerse yourself in CCA Manila's KITCHEN DISCOVERY CLASS (KDC).

The KDC will introduce you to the exciting foodservice and hospitality industry where the life-changing possibilities are endless. The KDC provides you with a specialized and memorable experience in the kitchens of the Philippines’ pioneer in professional culinary education. Our fun-filled interesting lectures, interactive demonstrations, hands-on kitchen production, and skills assessment would definitely make your one-day stay in the Philippines’ pioneer in professional culinary education one of the best six hours of your life.
 

WHO SHOULD ENROLL

Cooking or baking hobbyists and enthusiasts; aspiring culinaristas, chef-wannabes, or those who are simply curious how it feels to be in a professional kitchen.

INTAKES & DURATION

Total of 6 hours--3 hours of cooking with TV chefs and CCA alumni Rosebud Benitez (formerly of QTV 11's Ka-Toque: Lutong Barkada, now with Quickfire) or Tristan Encarnacion (GMA 7's Unang Hirit);  and  3 hours of baking.  Limited slots only.
