The Culinary Education Foundation(CEF) would like to invite CCA students, staff, and partner organizations to its forthcoming Pampanga Culinary Tour on September 26, 2008. Since 2001, the CEF has facilitated at least 3 local and international culinary tours for CCA students, particularly a visit in Binondo, attendance in the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival in Australia, and the Hong Kong Food & Wine Exposition. Lilian Borromeo's Kitchen and Culinary Museum Lilian Borromeo is a culinary consultant, historian and host of Kusinang Kapampangan, a local TV show. "Atsing Lilian" is hailed as one of the top three cooks in the country.
Everbody's Café Everybody's Café is known for the exotic Kapampangan cuisine at very affordable prices. Dishes such as the kamaru, fresh papaya lumpia, buro and batute can be found in this restaurant established by the town's iron master Benito Santos and wife Carmen. The Juan D. Nepomuceno Center for Kapampangan Studies Named after the philanthropist-artist Juan D. Nepomuceno, the Center hopes to contribute to the total development of the Kapampangan, the Filipino nation, and the world by preserving and promoting Kapampangan culture.
