Highlights of Professional Experience: The Highlights of my Professional life must be as I was working in London as Bakery Production Manager in a small Delicatessen Shop with a look in Bakery attached to it an hat the to create new products for the shop. I got a loot of compliments from the Manager and Customer alike, what did make me proud to be a Baker.
In the moment I'm working as Teacher and train Jung Philippine Students the art of simple Bread and Cake making. To pass on my knowledge to the next generation is wary rewording in did.
